This policy applies to customers of Tails & Coffee who purchase products through our website or mobile app.
To cancel unshipped orders, go to My Orders and select Cancel, or email hello@tailsncoffee.com. You can refuse delivery for shipped orders.
Contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit, and we will assess the situation. Different products have different return policies stated on their product page - read these carefully as they may differ from this general policy.
To return or exchange, email hello@tailsncoffee.com or call +91 9205553533. Items must be unused with tags and original packaging. Open food packets cannot be returned. All accessories must be included. Sale items are not eligible for return.
If approved, you will receive a refund confirmation within 48 hours. Refunds only apply to product cost, not shipping fees.
We will refund via the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. This usually takes 2-3 business days after receiving the item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We do not refund original shipping fees for items returned due to buyer error.
If you would prefer an exchange, please mention this upon initiating your return. We will send the replacement once we have received and verified the return.
Please notify us within 24 hours if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace damaged items at no extra cost.
Discount, promotional, and clearance items are non-refundable. We make occasional exceptions if there is a product defect.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to customers of Tails & Coffee who purchase products through our website www.tailsandcoffee.com or mobile app.
Upon placing an order, we will process it and inspect the products to ensure quality. The order will then be packed and handed to our delivery partner for prompt delivery.
We pack products in corrugated boxes or courier bags with additional filling to prevent damage. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you receive damaged items.
We deliver across India.
You can track your order status by clicking "My Orders" on our website or app.
We dispatch most orders within 1 business day.
If you order multiple products, your order may be shipped in separate parts.
Orders over Rs. 500 qualify for free shipping. Orders under Rs. 500 incur a shipping fee of Rs. 69. This fee is non-refundable for returned orders originally under Rs. 500.
Any disputes arising from this policy will be dealt with exclusively by the competent courts in Gurugram, to the exclusion of other courts.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, arbitration will be conducted in Gurugram per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Indian law will govern proceedings.
